Instagram is where it can get a bit tricky. If you want to post a video on your profile it should be maximum 60 seconds. If you want to post longer content then Instagram adds your video to IGTV platform. If you are posting to IGTV you can only post a video that is 1 to 30 minutes long off your mobile device and 1 to 60 minutes long if you post your video of a desktop computer. Another form of video on Instagram are Stories. Single story can be 15 seconds long and it disappears 24 hours after posting it on your profile.
