Behind the Scenes: Creating the “Own the Summer” Campaign for Arts Bonita
This summer, Arts Bonita launched a campaign called “Own the Summer”—a way to show people what really happens at the venue during the summer season. My job was to capture that energy and turn it into a short video.
Filming took place over several weeks. I recorded moments from live music events, hands-on art workshops, adult classes, and youth education programs. The goal was to show the variety of experiences, not just promote one event. Every clip you see was filmed onsite, as it happened.
Once the video was complete, it became the centerpiece of a broader digital campaign. We ran targeted ads across several platforms:
Google Ads brought in over 4,000 clicks and 172,000 impressions.
Paramount+ streaming ads generated 2,280 site visits and 16,940 impressions.
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) saw 1,161 clicks and 54,559 impressions.
TikTok added 287 clicks and 43,379 impressions.
We also shared the content on Nextdoor to reach people in the local area.
The result? A noticeable increase in website traffic and visibility for Arts Bonita. It also helped reach new audiences and gave a boost to ticket sales and class signups.
This project is a good example of what I offer through W-Media. It’s not just about filming and editing. I can help you plan, create, and distribute digital campaigns that actually reach people—through ads, video, and the right platforms.
If you want your brand to show up online with real content that connects, that’s what I do.
